Senior Recruiting Consultant :

Purpose:
To ensure the follow up of assigned recruitment missions through the identification, attraction, engagement of candidates, and selection through effective understanding of both internal candidates and the external market while aligning this to the business talent needs.

Key accountabilities:
Lead the end to end recruitment process. Ensure to deliver best-in-class customer services.
Identify key candidates according to hiring needs, including diversity requirements and establish how Recruitment Services can support and meet those needs..
Utilise external networks to fill key roles with the right skills and capabilities.
Partner with the Lead Sr. Recruiting Account Manager/s to leverage the existing business and recruitment strategy/needs as well as contributing to key recruitment projects
Partner with other HR colleagues as well as the Compensation team where appropriate to ensure up to date benchmarking with the external market and make attractive offers.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to recruitment and on-boarding; ensure compliance with local country regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends and share with the team and the business

Profile:
Min. 8-10 years of broad, diversified recruiting, staffing and project management experience
Knowledge of the Pharma/Scientific/Clinical profiles would be highly appreciated
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and capability to flex communication style to the needs of various stakeholders
Flexibility to work on very diverse profiles as well as with changing priorities. No need to have a Scientific degree but must have the capacity to translate the Scientific requirements into actual profiles, expertise and behaviours.
Fluency in English & French
