Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends and share with the team and
the business
Profile:
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience.
Min. 8-10 years of broad, diversified recruiting, staffing and project management experience
Knowledge of the Pharma/Scientific/Clinical profiles would be highly appreciated
Fast learner and must have high flexibility to join a fast-paced team and to quickly pick-up
and understand the internal recruitment process.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and capability to flex communication style to the needs of various stakeholders
Building relationships: ability to work in a diverse business environment and a complex Matrix organization
Ability to influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
Flexibility to work on very diverse profiles as well as with changing priorities. No need to have a Scientific degree but must have the capacity to translate the Scientific requirements into actual profiles, expertise and behaviours.
Fluency in English & French
