IT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - CONTRACT  

The Datawarehouse Company a Consultancy/Recruitment company are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant on a Contract Basis.

The Datawarehouse Company specialise in Datawarehousing,BI and Data Quality and have expanded into contract and permanent recruitment

You will be working with a very good database of clients and candidates,some PSL agreements.  The role is to work with Contract and Permanent roles in a specialist market of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Data Quality with the backup of Senior Technical BI Consultants.

As an experience Recruitment Consultant you will be ready to hit the ground running and be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, you do not need to have experience of the market we work in but be willing to learn new technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Generating new business

Experience of dealing with Senior Management

Dealing with client and candidate queries through to completion

Contribute ideas that improve productivity

Self motivated, well presented and hard working.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

You will need previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or IT Sales and have experience of candidate sourcing and relationship management through the full recruitment life cycle.

Entrepreneurial mindset.

Experience of recruiting for IT technical roles

Excellent command of English (spoken & written)

Have a proven record of meeting sales targets

Target Driven approach. 

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE: 

An understanding or Recruitment Legislation and recruitment best practice.

Contract rate: Based on experience Plus uncapped, excellent sales commission of up to 40%
