Senior Recruitment Advisor required for a Large Financial Services Client based in London for 6 months.

Transformation - This is a new area in Group Digital that is continuously growing - The area needs a Recruitment Advisor to come in and run the Recruitment for Transformation. The processes are already in place, so they need someone to hit the ground running and run with the current process.

Senior Recruitment Advisor/Recruitment Manager required - Must have e2e recruitment experience (from the role being raised and taking it through approval, all the way through to the candidate starting & being on-boarded).

SKILLS:
- e2e Recruitment experience
- Strong Stakeholder Management (must be able to push back to managers and make sure they adhere to the correct process)
- Be able to review CV's/arrange interviews/release offers etc
- Must be process driven - being able to stick to processes already set by the bank
- Liaise with suppliers regarding roles/interviews/offers etc.
- Be a personal person, as they will be dealing with Stakeholders on a daily basis regarding roles/approvals etc.
- Must have strong Admin skills and be an able user of Excel (Advanced Excel is not essential), as they will be keeping alot of trackers up to date.
- Must be able to adapt to change as the environment is face paced
- Be able to juggle a large workload and multiple requirements at once
- Must have longevity in contracts and don't want CVs/candidates that have jumped about from 6month contract to 6month contract.
- Candidates background - FS/Banking is not essential, but looking at Large clients - please do not send Public Sector candidates.

DUTIES:
- Liaising with Stakeholders around the Recruitment process and making sure they stick to it
- Raising roles through the correct approval process and keeping track of them via spreadsheets
- Liaising with Suppliers around roles and supplying CV's
- Qualifying the roles with Managers
- Reviewing CV's/Arranging interviews/releasing offers/on-boarding candidates etc.
- Updating multiple Excel trackers (candidate trackers, onboarding trackers, approval trackers, etc.)
- They will also be involved in the renewals, and making sure contractors renewals are approved and issued within timescales
- Be confident to push back to Senior Stakeholders regarding issues/approvals/renewals etc.
- Being the first point of contact for all Recruitment activity for Transformation
- Admin Duties - Putting interviews in diaries/creating on-boarding forms/approval forms etc.
- Keeping the Hiring Managers constantly updated on their specific roles
