Senior Recruitment Advisor

Projektbeschreibung

Essential:
*Recruitment experience in public and private sector;
*Experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies;
*Up- to- date knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practice including equal opportunities/diversity issues;
*Excellent verbal communication skills: ability to argue persuasively and influence others;
*Past exposure to working within and supporting the development of a commercial culture;
*Good technical knowledge of:
oManagement Information Systems, and recruitment administration;
oSelection methods and interviewing techniques;
oPsychometric (ability, aptitude and personality) testing and tools;
oDesign and delivery of assessment centres;

Desirable:
*Understanding of Civil Service Commissioners' Recruitment Code
*Understanding of Civil Service policies and terms and conditions of employment
*Credible contract management experience including management of third party suppliers
