- Competency based interview and provide your recommendations on candidate suitability
- Manage the offer process with the candidate working with the HR Consultants and Compensation and Benefits teams to structure offers
- Collate external market intelligence for the business on recruitment and market trends
Skills and experience:
- Inhouse permanent recruiting experience is essential
- Financial/Professional services recruiting experience
- Able to deal with high recruitment volumes as well as more specialist senior vacancies
