4-MONTH CONTRACT POSITION (MAY EXTEND TO 6 MONTHS)

JOB TITLE:  Senior Recruiter - Healthcare, Taleo, Labor Relations

LOCATION:  Oakland, CA  94612

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

- Special Project that will have very high visibility

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

- Sources, attracts, and screens candidates for nonexempt and exempt positions
- Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the healthcare industry
- Conducts reference checks
- May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates

TOP DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assess for most qualified candidate for vacancythis is not a role for IT recruiters
- Full life cycle recruitment experience
- Must have experience meeting with change management and providing regular updates to senior leadership
- Recruitment experience in Human Resources Department
- Very skilled in dealing with confidential information

TOP REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Experience with end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Knowledge of employment law
- Consultation & influence skills
