As a freelance senior recruiter you are responsible for the selection and recruitment process from A to Z of employees for various departments
* Creation of competence profiles together with the internal client/recruiting manager
* End-to-end recruitment experience (>intake >source >select >offer close)
* Stress resistant with strong business partnership in a VUCA world
* Multi-use on various function profiles
* Hands-on experience with Linkedin recruiting tools and proactive sourcing
* Absolute focus on the candidate experience
* Master's degree or equivalent through experience
* Experience in selection & recruitment is a minimum
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Good knowledge of English and Fran
* u-speaking customer-oriented attitude
* Team player
* Result orientation, coupled with strong organisational skills
