One of our clients, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a Senior Recruiter with minimum 5 years' experience in sourcing and staffing

Length: 3 months
Location: South of Brussels

The department:

The clients Recruitment & Mobility department handles 1,200 open positions in Belgium on a yearly basis and manages internal/external recruitment processes, including sourcing (presence in various sites,media, social networks, as well as on campus), assessment and selection. On top of these activities, the department is also runningthe HR Mobility Centre, which manages organisational mobility resulting from continuous growth and changes within the company.

Job purpose:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for coordinating the professional and managerial staffing activity for a specific GSK business. She/he ensures that her/his team is delivering performance, best-in-class customer services, as well as continuous improvement. Responsibilities include: sourcing, screening, interviewing internal/external candidatesto fill existing job openings.

Key responsibilities:

- Assist and advise leaders and senior managers on all significant staffing, sourcing, and recruiting initiatives
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
- Review and post descriptions of job opportunities
- Implement strategies to identify, attract, and hire high quality employees
- Interview applicants and gather information regarding education, experience, training, job skills, salary requirements, availability, interest level, and relocation needs
- Proactively research and investigate innovative sourcing strategies
- Recruit, interview, and screen job candidates to fill company openings
- Establish and maintain contacts with employment sources, such as colleges, employment agencies, search firms, trade associations, jobboards, social and professional networks
- Collaborate with regional and business unit HR teams to deliver specific recruiting campaigns and report progress on a regular basis

Qualifications

- Master Degree in human resources, psychology, economics, science, or related field
- Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience
- +5 years of broad, diversified recruiting and staffing experience
- Team player
- Capability to build a strong understanding of the business
- Experience in managing Clients (Key Accounts/Key stakeholders)
