Our client is looking for a Senior Radio Network Consultant
Responsibilities
* Radio Network Design
* Performance Optimization
* RF Technical Solution Consulting
* Solution Architecture Design
* Monitoring industry trends, best practices, competitor analysis
* Excellent presentation skills
* Knowledge sharing and mentoring
* Excellent ability to deliver under pressure at tight deadlines
Scope
* Provide Radio network planning and optimization consulting service and responsible for operator network service solution architecture design.
* Communicate the high-level customers of operators in the important service bidding projects, and support technical presentation or workshop
* Customize the Radio network planning and optimization service solutions based on operator's request and be responsible for competitiveness of the solution.
* Global important RF consulting project delivery
* Take responsibility of customer satisfaction.
* Identify and analyze the key RF service requirement from operators and responsible for the RF service development and innovation
* Analysis of RF planning and design technical development trends
* Providing suggestions for future RF solution architecture design solutions
Work Experience
* At least 12 years of work experience in the radio network domain, familiar with operator network planning, engineering construction and maintenance workflow, deep understanding in integration services
* Excellent technical background in telecom, network planning and design, solution architecture design, consulting service at Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, NSN or mobile network operators
* Strong interpersonal
* Leading large-scale wireless network planning and optimization delivery.(more than 1000 sites)
* Familiar with industry wireless network planning and optimization delivery, pre-sale support, and consulting workflow and methodology.
