Senior R&D Engineer (Excitation System Design) (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-UNITROL 6000 system architect
-Technical responsibility for the excitation system designs and support for strategical cooperation
-Converter portfolio development lead, IP search, invention and patents
-Technical concepts, functional designs, including function descriptions
-System and components verification and type tests
-Define dimensioning guidelines for complete systems, inputs for UNIsmart
-Support for sales process including tender documents
-Organizing and coordination 4 level support
-R&D sub project management and active support for PM on technical side to align the 2 and 5 years roadmap

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Solid degree in electrical engineering (Master`s or PHD) combined with profound work experience in relevant fields
-Expert in electronics (high power)
-Knowledge of system design and system components AC/DC
-Experience in excitation systems
-Strong customer orientation
-Analytic, structural and solid approach for tasks
-Fluency in English, German language skills would be beneficial
