Senior Quantity Surveyor - Urgent

GCS CONSTRUCTION/SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR/CONTRACT/LEEDS/EXCELLENT RATE

GCS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading project and cost management client based in Leeds. My client has recently won a multi-million pound mixed use residential and commercial lead project.

My client is actively looking for an experienced (at least 6-7 years post graduate), commercially minded individual to join their successful team.

My client is an award winning international practice of property, project and cost management consultants in building construction. The projects they specialize in range from most construction and civil lead sectors.

You will be:

- Degree qualified in BSc Quantity Surveying

You will have strong experience with the following:

- Measuring bills of quantities
- Tender documentation
- Pre/Post contract cost management

IT WOULD ALSO BE ADVANTAGEOUS IF YOU HAVE A BACKGROUND IN WORKING WITH CONSULTANCIES HOWEVER THIS IS NOT ESSENTIAL.
