GCS Construction are seeking a Senior QS to work for a globally recognised consultancy. My client is heavily involved in major infrastructure/rail projects based from both Manchester or Leeds. They are currently involved in a long term frameworks with Network Rail.
The successful candidate will have experience with:
- A main contractor background or working directly through NetWork Rail
- Experience of using the NEC suite of contracts
- Management of sub-contractor
- Estimating
- preparation and submission of Applications for Payment
- provision of monthly cost value reconciliations reports, quarterly 'End of Life' forecast reports
It would be advantageous if you have are MRCIS chartered but this is not essential
