Senior Quantity Surveyor urgently required for a project to be based in West Sussex working for a global construction services, The role is for 6 months contract and paying very good daily rates.
Please see the below requirements for the successful candidate: Managing works orders received from our client
Managing, instigating and monitoring contract correspondence
Managing Sub-contract orders, applications and payments
Managing preparation and submission of payment applications to the client
Processing commercial data in Excel and producing fiscal reports
Management of tender processes and contract negotiations
