Senior Quantity Surveyor - High-end Residential

GCS CONSTRUCTION/SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR/COMMERCIAL MANAGER/

CONTRACT/LONDON/EXCELLENT RATE

GCS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to join the commercial management team of a leading construction management consultancy. My client is involved in prestigious high-end residential projects across London and the South East. These projects can include grade 1 and grade 2 listed buildings.

They are actively looking for an experienced (at least 6-7 years post graduate), commercially minded individual to join their hugely successful team.

My client is an award winning international practice of property, project and cost management consultants in building construction. The projects they specialize in range from most construction and civil lead sectors.

You will be:

- Degree qualified in BSc Quantity Surveying

You will have strong experience with the following:

- Managing multiple packages with high-end residential projects
- Preparing tender
- Pre/Post contract cost management
- Valuations
- Procurement of sub-contractors

IT WOULD ALSO BE ADVANTAGEOUS IF YOU HAVE A BACKGROUND IN WORKING WITH CONTRACTORS HOWEVER THIS IS NOT ESSENTIAL.
