GCS Construction is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on the design and build of a £30 million sports centre including swimming facilities and gymnasium. You will be working for a major tier one contractor
The project will include external valuations, picking up variations and assessing costs throughout the project. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the largest tier one main contractor's in the UK.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of:
- 7-8 years' experience within a main contracting background
- Highly experienced with JCT forms of contract
- Ability to work clearly and accurately
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills
