Roc Search is urgently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor a London based client of ours. My client is a market leading consultancy who provide a service into the construction and engineering sectors.

My client is offering a long term 12 month contract although the projects is scheduled to run for at least a two year period. So extensions are inevitable.

My clients have recently won this new, exciting project and now require a senior quantity surveyor to take a lead position within the programme providing;

*Day to day management of all QS operations
*Associated with RICS
*Mentor and guide the junior QS support member
*NEC Contract/IChemE Contract
*Commercial management - Values, Costs, Reporting etc
*Tunnel or M&E Experience would be highly desirable
