Experienced Earthworks and Civils Estimator/QS to review and challenge from a "First Principles" basis the compilation of the Target Price. The candidate will need to have experience of NEC. A background in Earthworks / Civil Engineering which has provided both a Technical and Commercial understanding. Confidence to appropriately challenge and work within a combined contractor/client collaborative team. Role will commence in January 2014 and run for an initial 6 month period.
