Senior Quantitative Analyst

Quantitative risk Analyst- Consumer Credit- Modeling- Risk Management- SAS- VBA- Matlab- Excel- New York I am currently recruiting a Quantitative Risk Analyst. The opportunity is located inNew York Citywith a global financial institution. This individual will be joining the quantitative examination team to support the implementation of credit models used to identify risk assessments, supervisory plans and exam executions. You will plan to utilize your product expertise, advanced analytical skills in order to provide analysis, insight, and identify emerging risks and trends. In addition you will perform select review of products to analyze financial institutions' lending practices and evaluate the risk controls that govern the consumer credit products. We are seeking a quantitative risk professional with a degree in Statistics Operational Research, financial Engineering, Mathematics or related fields coupled with 5-7 years in a financial institution with a broad product knowledge of residential mortgages, credit cards, auto, small business and other retail lending products. They will be proficient with across multiple quantitative programming languages with excellent communication skills and knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modelling and segmentation methodologies.
