Senior Quality, Technical & Control Manager - up to £550 per day - Lon

PURPOSE

Our financial services client is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Quality, Technical & Control Manager. To w ork within the Specialist complaints customer transformation team to ensure delivery of robust quality control process. Provision of technical & business guidance to improve the complaints handling approach, change, governance & risk management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead development of technical, risk & control policy framework
- Lead quality, compliance & audit review
- Develop robust customer feedback mechanisms
- Performance & development of four direct reports
- Strategic objectives in line with business operational plans
- Process & long term strategy improvement

KEY SKILLS

- Experience of leading & management of successful teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic development & project management
- Experience in a regulated environment, preferably within complaints
- Utilisation of benchmarking practices
- Knowledge of risk & control methods
- Driving & delivery of transformation & cultural change
- Comprehensive understanding of business strategy & associated policies
- Process implementation
- Minimum 3 years experience within Financial services
