My market leading client is currently looking for 2 experienced Senior Quantity surveyors/Commercial Managers to work on a number of Civils/Rail projects in the Surrey or Thames Valley area.
The successful candidates will have worked for major contractors on Rail projects, preferably for Network Rail. With a healthy pipeline of work this person could realistically secure up to 12 months work after the initial 4 month contract.
Role: You will report into the Commercial Manager and take responsibility for Commercial activities on projects, this will involve a large amount of autonomy.
I also have a very similar requirement which is more claims oriented so I would be keen to discuss both positions.
