Senior PS Core Engineer

- Testing exposure on SGSN & GGSN and BSC/RNC interface,
- E2E packet data call flows between different interfaces
- Good understanding of GSM 3G, LTE technology RANAP, Radius, Diameter, GTP, GSM MAP, IP routing concepts, SNMP protocol
- GGSN MA/2010B, SGSN MKVI+ 2010A/2010B,
- SASN Cluster 2010A/2010B, SAPC 2010A/2010B, IPWORKS
- Juniper PE Router Juniper M10i, Extreme Switch Summit
- REDBACK, BRAS, NETSCREEN Firewall ISG 2000
- End to End QOS
- Handling emergency case on Customer's network for both PS Core and MPBN
- Maintain Customer Network KPI to fulfil Ericsson SLA
- Performing SW Management, correction, upgrade for PS Core and MPBN nodes
- Support and assist Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for technical aspect
- Support and assist Sales and Project team on technical aspect during PS Core tender and Project Implementation.
- Drive customer PS Core and MPBN network with Ericsson Roadmap technology
- Maintaining customer GPRS and MPBN network via CSR, Emergency Handling
- Software Management such as software upgrade and software correction
- Monitoring capacity to occupied all service that handled by backbone network.
- Validation of new features of SGSN, Integration follow up with Engineering team.
- Fault report follow up, Configuration management of SGSN
