As a Senior Provisioning engineer you are involved in the daily delivery of hardware and hosting services of LeaseWeb. You are responsible for the configuration and installation of the servers during the delivery process in various data centers in the Netherlands. You also assist customers with installation of servers and other equipment. The work environment is dynamic and has an international character.

Tasks and responsabilities:
• General responsibility: The layer of the Senior Provisioning engineers within the Provisioning department is responsible for reaching the team's general goals and the operational control of the department as such.
• Problem management: To solve incident tickets but to focus on the recognition of a problem and the handling of the problem.
• Bridge function: Strong focus on the corporation between teams within the Provisioning department and companywide.
• Quality control: To focus on quality improvement of the Provisioning department in terms of the quality on the floor, quality of the teams output and input to change management.
• Procedural: Strong focus on documentation and training.
• Administrative sanity check: responsible for handling the relevant sanity check output.
• Planning: To create a daily transparent planning in order to make clear expectance to all related departments and the customer. The Senior Provisioning engineer works closely together with the Sales department in order to grant the priorities to each task.
• Sales consultancy: To be available for technical assistance and feedback during sales processes.
• Progress monitoring: To monitor the progress of an individual engineer as input for the Provisioning Manager for the frequent feedback session.
• Project management: To manage a (sub)project.
• Reporting: To report to, and inform, the Provisioning TL/MNGT.

Requirements:
• A good command of Dutch and English
• Knowledge of computer hardware (preferably server equipment) and servers in a data center environment
• Knowledge of various operating systems
• Basic network knowledge (adjusting DNS/IP/Netmask/gateway/etc.)
• In possession of a valid (category B) driver's license
• A degree at the senior secondary vocational education (MBO) level, pre
