My client, a leading Public Sector organisation is seeking to recruit a Senior Provider Performance and Monitoring Manager to join their team onsite in London. As Senior Provider Performance and Monitoring Manager, you will be responsible for implementation of best in class performance management systems and processes that support delivery of the key principles identified as core to the approach to provider performance management. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of Senior Management experience.

The post holder is accountable as a senior manager for implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the work of their teams, and for ensuring their staffs are trained in using SOPs. In addition they are expected to champion the use of SOPs, include training in all induction programmes for new staff and development plans for existing staff, and contribute to the creation and maintenance of SOPs as required as part of the corporate SOP development process.

Key Knowledge and Skills
*Significant senior management experience
*Significant experience of managing difficult and complex relationship issues with colleagues, partners and key stakeholders.
*Significant experience of successful collaborative working and partnership development with a wide range of stakeholders and multi disciplinary teams on complex and difficult issues
*Operational management experience within a mental health provider organisation
*Experience of using performance information, benchmarking data and best practice knowledge to support service improvement in a mental health environment
*Experience and expertise in performance improvement initiatives and techniques as they relate to improving mental health and community services
*Experience of presenting information to Boards and senior committees
*Staff management experience and effective leadership and development of teams
*Project Management, preferably Prince 2 methodology
*Understanding the constitution requirements and their relevance for mental health and community services
