Senior Propositions Manager

Our retail banking client is looking for a Senior Proposition Manager to work within the Digital team.

Job Purpose:

* Retaining and growing the number of clients using digital services
* Increasing the amount of revenue generated
* Increasing the volume of transactions being carried out through digital channels.To define, develop, priorities and deliver Digital demand and change initiatives into customer centric digital propositions and experiences that support the banking strategy.
* To work with the Digital and other change practitioners, business stakeholders, external suppliers and partners as necessary to ensure that propositions are effectively translated and executed into the market in line with Council/sponsor expectations.To work to identify relevant synergies between Digital and wider change initiatives.
* To lead change partners across Digital, to ensure propositions are delivered on time, to budget and to scope

Person Specification

* Experience of digital proposition development and delivery - including planning, use case creation, user experience design, customer research and usability testing.
* Understanding of customer centric design techniques.
* Problem solving skills, including the ability to apply creative and innovative thinking, challenge the status quo and drive beneficial process improvements.
* Strong commercial perspective - understanding of, and ability to communicate to stakeholders, the Digital Banking strategy and the commercial consequences of proposition design decisions. Ability to influence these decisions.

Knowledge and Expertise

* Knowledge of online and/or mobile services, capabilities and trends.
* Detailed knowledge of the development, treatment and application of Brand principles.
* Understanding of commercial principles, and ability to adapt these to the specifics of Financial Services.
* Exposure to Risk and Rigour Management and Corporate Governance, including Regulated practices.
* Knowledge of digital industry and technologies
* Extensive online and mobile proposition development and delivery experience
* Significant experience of working in customer centric industries
* Extensive change and demand management experience
* Internal and external bench marking practices
* Significant Matrix team working experience
