MATERNITY COVER - DURATION 6-12MONTHS FTC

£30-35,000 PRO RATA/FULL TIME

The Senior Property Secretary position will involve providing a wide range of secretarial and property administrative support to the property team. You will spend the majority of your time preparing documents, organising diaries and activities, maintaining logs, dealing with incoming information and filing. You will interact with a number of internal and external customers and stakeholders. You will enjoy using your organisation, time management, communication and administrative skills to provide an effective and efficient service for the Head of Property and Property Team you support.

JOB HOLDERS ARE TYPICALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Organising diaries, meetings and some travel to make the best use of the Teams' time and meet their requirements and priorities.
- Handling and maintain capital expenditure/invoicing records for the Development Management Team.
- Prepare monthly valuation data for development projects for the relevant funds. Also overseeing and organising audit checks for managing agents.
- Prepare ad hoc PowerPoint presentations, Board papers and reports for the Team
- Auditing and cross referencing of data and compliance with relevant policies and procedures

SKILLS:

- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- Strong time Management
- Capability of building strong relationships
- Property experience and understanding of legal and property terms essential
