Sr. Project Manager RF Power.

The Project Manager has to start, manage and finish transistor development projects, ensuring the project deliverables are achieved within agreed time, costs and quality level within agreed boundaries. The Project manager will lead a customer specific multi disciplinary project team that handles several transistor development projects in parallel.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Execution of Project Management according to the Business Line quality requirements (BCaM, CMMi).
Reports progress and gate passing in the Project Review Board meetings.
Ensures planned project activities are executed timely and efficiently to meet the production start and release schedule.
Professional execution of risk management, use of tools as FMEA and Maturity Matrix.
Compliance to configuration management system with attention to managing change and controlling the project scope.
Team building
Leads a cross functional engineering team for product development (transistor design, product and test engineering, quality engineering, applications and operations.
