Project/Programme Manager/Change Manager - Contract - 12 Months - £400-£500per day - The Hague, Netherlands - Programme Manager/Project Manager/Prince2/Change Manager/E-Library/Portal/Infrastructure/Transition/

My client are seeking a vastly experienced Project/Change Manager to deliver a major strategic change program. The overall objective of this project is to improve customer experience for online users. There are a number of work streams involved which include but are not limited to E-library, Portal, On-line stores and Web-Site improvement. Some of these work streams are already running with PM's assigned and is a cross-divisional program with a significant component of the solutions being supported by IT change.

Key Skills and Experience:

* 7+ years Project Management experience
* Demonstrable track record of turning around failing projects
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Outstanding communication skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels
* Prince2 qualification or equivalent
* Willing to work in The Hague

This is a great opportunity to work on a challenging programme of work for a 12 month initial contract at a very high level
