Senior Project Officer/Coordinator

My client is offering a fantastic opportunity to work with them on multiple projects allowing you to learn and gain further skills & experience within their organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

- Assist in monitoring projects, system delivery and benefits realisation in accordance with the companies policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of financial management, reporting and procurement services.
- Assist the collation of project information to produce coordinate, consolidate and timely reporting.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, inc business units, IT delivery teams and vendors.

To be considered you will have:

- Experience working in project team environment
- Proficient PC skills eg MS Office suite, MS Project
- Experience in compiling presentations and reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - appropriate communications custom to audience
- Updating of project plans
- Experience in cost analysis/project financials
- Knowledge of Project Methodologies
- Experience in facilitating workshops/meetings
- Experience in working on Multiple project/programs
- Experience in change management
- Experience in project governance/audit/reporting
- Experience in risk and issue management
- Experience in procurement

- The ability to become the project SME and be approachable from all audiences
- Ability to deal with various levels of management
- Good understanding of Project Management Methodology
- Experience in project estimates
- Creation of project plans
