SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - WORKDAY - RETAIL

An opportunity to lead and directly be responsible for a greenfield Workday implementation to circa 6,000 users for a leading Retailer with one of the most recognisable brands in the industry. This programme is just starting with Vendor selection finalising and your role will be to manage the end to end implementation, while liaising with key stakeholders and third party suppliers across the business.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED...

- Must have experience implementing WORKDAY HR SYSTEM
- Must have RETAIL experience
- Experience implementing SAP SUCCESS FACTORS, but not essential
- Will be working close to the HR Director and HR team so very collaborative stakeholder skills required
- Experience managing Change Programmes - demonstrable change management skills
- Some Business Analysis experience
- Experience managing 3rd party suppliers
- Needs to have worked ideally on large projects/transformations
- Technical knowledge
