IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Manage definition and setup of project together with Project Manager and stream leads
-Ensure proper tracking and management of project delivery on approved schedule and budget
-Handle project’s documentation as required by quality standards
-Manage vendors/partners as needed to ensure project delivery
-Control risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) by carefully assessing potential impacts
-Track completion of project deliverables, tasks, activities and milestones, as well as accuracy of approved budget
-Provide accurate, timely and fit for purpose project status reports using established norms and reporting tools of the portfolio
-Ensure project’s compliance to project management, portfolio management and CSV policies, guidelines, process tools and reporting standards of the portfolio

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Relevant experience in multinational company as an IT Project Manager using structured project management processes
-Project Management certification (PMP or similar)
-Strong leadership skills and proven track record of decision taking and escalations handling
-Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
-CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality
-Experience in multi-site deployment project and experience in leading different streams
-Excellent English language skills
