Job Introduction
BBC Cymru Wales offers a national public service to the people of Wales, in Welsh and English, across all platforms. Plans are now in place to relocate BBC Cymru Wales to a new purpose-built broadcast headquarters elsewhere in the capital by 2018. Wales Broadcasting House (WBH) programme are developing an affordable, highly cost effective, flexible and fit for purpose environment for growing and sustaining creative success through the delivery of high quality, greatly valued, distinctive content across all platforms.
Role Responsibility
As the Senior Project Manager you will be liaising with senior stakeholders to design and deliver key transition projects, playing a key part in building relationships between the programme and external media partners. By working with both internal and external stakeholders, you will be developing and maintaining the transformation plan by using appropriate methodologies and techniques to ensure the strategic objectives are in line with the programme and key partners. It will be your responsibility to ensure the project is completed within the agreed timescale and budget, monitoring progress by producing regular reports and forecasts.

The Ideal Candidate
You will have significant experience of working in a project/programme management environment with the ability to develop progressive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Supporting this you'll have a recognised project management qualification such as Prince 2 Practitioner or APMP with a sound understanding of structured project methodologies.This will be coupled with excellent engagement skills involving senior stakeholders and a proven track record of defining transformation plans and delivering change projects. Your ability to identify potential sources of risk and their impact on project success will be strong along with proven experience of planning, monitoring and reporting on a programme of works and management of issues across a portfolio of projects.

Gan cydweithio gyda randdeiliaid mewnol ac allanol, byddwch yn datblygu a cynnal y cynllun trosglwyddo gan ddefnyddio methodolegau a thechnegau priodol i sichrau bod year amcanion strategol o fewn llinell gyda'r rhaglen a phartneriaid allweddol. Eich cyfrifoldeb chi fydd i sicrhau fod y prosiect yn cael eu cwblhau o fewn y cyfyngiadau o ran amser a cost, wrth monitro cynnydd gan cynllunio adroddiadau a rhagolygon.

Bydd deiliad y rôl yn meddu ar brofiad sylweddol o weithio mewn amgylchedd rheoli prosiect/rhaglen ynghyd â profiad sylweddol o ddatblygu cydberthnasau blaengar â rhanddeiliaid allweddol mewnol ac allanol. Bydd ganddi/o gymhwyster rheoli prosiectau cydnabyddedig fel Prince 2 Practitioner neu APMP, sgiliau ymgysylltu gwych gan gynnwys Uwch Randdeiliaid, hanes o ddiffinio Cynlluniau Trawsnewid a darparu Prosiectau Newid. Bydd angen meddu ar brofiad o gyflawni buddiannau sefydliadol, gwybodaeth dda am fethodolegau prosiect cylch oes a strwythuredig, y gallu i ddangos profiad o nodi ffynonellau risg posibl a'u heffaith ar lwyddiant prosiect ynghyd â profiad o gynllunio, monitro a chofnodi rhaglen waith, rheoli materion ar draws Portffolio o brosiectau.
