With immediate effect Brunel Switzerland is looking for an experienced Project Manager with expert know how in transport & logistics to support a key project of our client in Baden Area (CH).
(SENIOR) PROJECT MANAGER - TRANSPORT & LOGISTIC EXPERT
In this role you take over responsibility for the set up of the logistics- & material flow concept for an international project within the rail industry.
As Subject Matter Expert you support & advice various departments (Quality-, Serialization, Engineering etc.) by providing a comprehensive schedule/project plan and monitor as well as control the project activities.
At any time you ensure that all necessary informations (reports, documentation etc.) are updated and supplied within the given timelines to internal & external parties.
You are a thorough communicator at all levels and have proven skills & track record of successfully realizing complex projects within a global Matrix organization. Further more you recognize critical issues and take actions to solve and/or prevent such.
For this project role we are looking for an experienced Transport & Logistics professional with a background in Engineering and good understanding of production processes. Experience within procurement as well as ERP (SAP) is required to set up processes and lead the allocated sub-projects.
With a minimum of 7y work experience you are a confident communicator who can act as SME on management level as well as on production & technical level.
You are a hands on person with a strategic & structured approach and manage to succeed in projects by leading by example and motivate internal & external partners to achieve clear defined objectives.
Project start: immediately
Project duration: 6 months+
Location: Baden Area (Switzerland), Traveling required up to 15%
