Senior Project Manager Statement Digitalisation - Brussels - 570 Euros

My client an Investment Bank based in Brussels requires a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER STATEMENT DIGITALISATION.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:

- Scope: understand and have the scope of the project validated. Put in place a change management process to ensure the anchoring into the standing organisation.
- Time: planning to be created taking with input of all contributors; validate in steerco
- Budget: proper budget tracking and monitoring at all times, challenging all contributors on estimates and actuals using Clarity/Open Workbench
- Risk & issues: continuous follow-up of risks and issues, including mitigation actions and escalations
- Quality: in collaboration with the PRQM (Project Qualiity Manager) ensure quality in project deliverables and governance
- Project governance: Set-up proper governance bodies at all necessary levels
- Relationship management: ensure good relations with all stakeholders of the project
- Customer satisfaction: guard the user-friendliness of the solution, aligning with business and customer satisfaction stakeholders
- Capacity Planning: Pro-actively identify and schedule project resources needs in strong collaboration with concerned team leaders
- Report to the Program governance bodies at bank management level:
- on the golden triangle Scope, Time, Budget
- on main risk & issues
- on the business case of the project

EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 10 years' experience
- Expert in project/program management
- Capable of quickly understanding and analysing project content
- Experience in financial services projects
- Delivery of large IT projects
- A feeling for customer experience and satisfaction

PREFERABLE

- Experience with high visibility projects in a large organisation with a focus on customer experience and satisfaction
- Project planning tools
