Senior Project Manager - Software Applications

YOUR ROLE:
- Manage international strategic projects in a global operations team
- Liaise with key stakeholders to determine priorities and requirements and drive implementation to completion
- Responsible for the entire project management: ensure execution is in time, scope and budget are respected, communicate within the project and to internal and external stakeholders, implement change, and facilitate team members in Business and IT
- Act as a project leader and ensure the collaboration across teams and within the program

YOUR SKILLS:
- Proven track record in the implementation and introduction of new software applications on Business side (ie organizational deployment and change management)
- Securities operations processes experience
- An open, communicative personality with a very good command of written and spoken German and English
- Project Management certification would be a plus
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and highly client-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo and developing pragmatic solutions

English AND German is mandatory
