Senior Project Manager (Scientific & Manufacturing)

For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (SCIENTIFIC & MANUFACTURING)

PROJECT BACKGROUND:
There is a set of projects in Medical and Scientific space which the Project Manager will be working on. Some of the projects have already started, but are still in the Initial phase:

- Clinical Data Warehouse
- Study Registry
- Electronic Trial Master File Program interface
- Medidata Rave assessment
- The Project Manager will split his/her time on different projects.

TASK:

- Project Management
- Stakeholder Management (incl. Vendors)
- Coordination of development activities
- Business analysis
- Creation and maintenance of documentation
- Managing programs and project
- Ensuring performance in terms of costs quality and deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Senior Project Management
- Experience with projects in a validated environment
- Experience in pharmaceutical environment
- Excellent communication skills
- English fluently
- Self-reliant

NICE TO HAVE:

- GxP and CSV experience
- MS Project experience
- Experience with Medical & Clinical space. eg experience with clinical systems (managing trials, samples, key opinion leaders.).
- SaaS experience
- German

START DATE: 04.07.2016 (LATEST START DATE: 18.07.2016)
DURATION: TILL 31.12.2016 (WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION)
LOCATION: BASEL (REMOTE: 2 DAYS PER WEEK ARE POSSIBLE PRIOR TO AGREEMENT)
TRAVELLING: 10%, MAINLY IN EUROPE
