MY CLIENT HAD A RECORD-BREAKING 2017, CAN YOU HELP THEM DO EVEN BETTER IN 2018?
As a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, you'll be brought on board to add your expertise to a team working towards achieving significant growth for the Company in the next 5 years.
You'll be engaged primarily in REAL ESTATE, PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS so if you have a background in any of these areas, your profile will be of great interest!
YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING AREAS FIRMLY UNDER YOUR SUPERVISION AND RESPONSIBILITY:
- Delivery of projects within agreed timings, costs, fixed resources, scope and quality standards
- Checking and adjusting projects to increase efficiency, reduce risks, identify changes and propose alternative solutions
- Vendor management
- Coaching Team members and managing Projects across various teams in the Organisation
YOU'LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TOOLS/EXPERIENCE IN YOUR REPERTOIRE:
- You'll have 10 PLUS YEARS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT in complex environments, created management reporting, communication across-departments and up to management and orchestrated process improvement.
- Ability to gain consensus in a Project team
- You're be well able to deal with a changing environment and manage that change according to your Projects
- Fluency in DUTCH, FRENCH AND ENGLISH is essential
- You will have led, motivated and coached teams, typically a cross-departmental, multidisciplinary project team environment.
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Start Date: Jan/Feb 2018
