Experience will be required of secure call centre voice transaction solutions, voice call handling solutions/systems and customer voice handling systems/solutions.
3 concurrent projects running and this role shall pull these together and ensure technical consistency is reached on all solutions and the overall plan is aligned.
Achievement of PCI DSS is the end goal.
Strong documentation skills with the ability to prepare and present materials to stakeholders coupled with excellent communication skills will be required.
You will need to evidence within your CV a track record of managing multiple projects and delivery within budget and deadline.
