Senior Project Manager/Program Manager

Type of Assignment: Contract, full time

Length of Assignment: 13 months, with a possibility of extension for another 10 months

Job Description:

- In-depth understanding of and experience with project management methodology with a minimum 10 to 15 years of progressive project management
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise web site/portal development and implementation, integration and migration projects
- Demonstrated experience with public sector's online service delivery projects
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to managing project conflicts with tight deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects that are strategic in nature and complex in scope
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Experience working in a public sector environment is an asset

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Experience working with Open Text Web Content Management
- Experience migrating HTML content to a web content management system
- Experience with portal technology and requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and MS Project
- Experience with web development strategy
