Senior Project Manager/PMO Manager/Project Portfolio Manager with fluency in Danish and who is mostly based in Denmark but willing to travel between Zurich, London The main goal being to successfully pull all three sites together and to allow this organisation to operate in a new collaborative and transparent shared service environment to support productivity, efficiency, expansion and profitability.

Applicants applying must be skilled in delivering business application projects, must have strong business stakeholder communication skills (not just technical language) and should ideally have some experience of setting up a PMO or managing a PMO/Project delivery envrironment or working on complex business change focussed projects.

Reporting to the UK IT Director you will be responsible for capturing demand from each site for new IT system and business application led projects to feed into the new central European Master Plan and PMO report. You will oversee all PMO and project delivery processes in the European sites and control all key PMO/project delivery data including the Project Portfolio List, Service Catalogue, Master Plan and all IT reports. As this is a hybrid role you will also be responsible for delivering projects to time, quality and budget as set out in the project plans. This contract could suit either a strong Project Manager who has gained plenty of PMO experience or a strong PMO Manager who has also gained plenty of Project Management experience. Both angles will be equally considered.
