For a client project at a Pharma company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - PHARMA/R&D (5153)

You will work within the Quality IT team of our client and will manage one of the strategic projects, which deals with lab modernization techniques. It delivers a standardized set of procedures and CSV/IT processes that will be used by all users of standardized (identical) lab instruments/technology.

The ideal candidate brings several years of experience as a Project Manager with a focus on process design/quality measurements within Pharma/R&D.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Responsible for the delivery of a standardized set of procedures and CSV/IT processes
- Lead a very process driven project to implement a new standardization framework for lab technology
- Guide the project team to address major DI challenges while positioning the lab data to be integrated as part of future QC Modernization initiatives
- Liaise with Quality Control to oversee the new solution design
- Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within project scope
- Act as focus point in the project and lead a team consisting of PMOs and Business Analysts/Business Process Designers

OCCASIONAL EU TRAVEL MIGHT BE NECESSARY.
