SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - OFFICE 365, GOOGLE

My client, a large international consultancy, are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on an Office 365 migration based in Amsterdam. This will be an initial 3 month contract however this is likely to run significantly longer.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working on an Office 365 migration, ideally from a Google environment however this is not essential.

We are looking for a solid candidate who appointed the scope, results, budget, planning and necessary project organization, but in particular ensures alignment with the business. The candidate will direct the migration teams to implement the new approach to internal target groups such as VIPS, Management Assistants, Secretaries, etc.

ACTIVITIES:

- Compilation of project management documentation with regard to workplace migration
- Guided readiness organization
- Controlling the project teams
- Drawing up and monitoring planning, progress and occupation
- Stakeholder management and reporting to management about the progress of the project
- Performing evaluations, adjusting where necessary and resolving problems with bottlenecks

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 5 years experience as Senior (Business) Project Manager/Program Manager
- Workplace migration experience with Office 365 (preferably from a Google environment)
- Excellent planning, organizing and decision making
- Strong communicator and connector
- Organization-sensitive
- Experience with change management
