Senior Project Manager- Mobile Payments- Debit Cards

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - MOBILE PAYMENTS - DEBIT CARDS

A leading UK retail bank requires a Senior Project Manager with knowledge and experience of Debit Cards and Mobile payments/MCommerce to join a project based in Halifax.

You will support the project team in identifying and documenting key business process flows to support digital wallet payment products and other debit scheme initiatives.

Key deliverables include:

- To ensure a common understanding of the business needs and the project deliverables within the context of debit cards and payments
- Manage business requirements and produce process models
- Co-ordinate and/or contribute to the design, development and specification of new/revised processes and systems, documentation, training materials, etc
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all project deliverables
- Develop and maintains effective working relationships with appropriate colleagues in own and other business units, ensuring key stakeholders are identified and effectively managed
- Assist in the review of project documentation that is produced (eg Feasibility Studies, Functional Specifications)
- Assist with the management of the IT relationship and relationships with Third Party suppliers to ensure development is completed to the required specification, within timescales and to agreed budget

- PREVIOUS BANKING AND NICHE PAYMENT CARD KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- ELECTRONIC AND MOBILE COMMERCE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- STRONG ANALYTICAL AND PRESENTATIONAL SKILLS
- EXCELLENT STAKEHOLDER AND THIRD PARTY MANAGEMENT SKILLS
