For our customer we are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Migration.

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) plays a key role in ensuring and validating that the organisation is ready to initiate customer migrations related to product and service closures. This includes investigating and identifying pre-requisites needed in order to start the migrations and proactively work to ensure they are in place in order to meet the organisations ambitious time schedules.

The SPM will be called upon to understand the requirements and needs of all affected parties, both internally and externally. Based on the migration strategy and project portfolio the SPM will structure migration work with planning, target setting and run projects. This includes interacting with steering groups and project groups to manage complex assignments in a Matrix environment with limited super-vision. The SPM is responsible for successful planning and delivery of tasks/projects according to agreed scope, cost and time.

From time to time the SPM will be responsible for actively supervising and coaching other project managers and project team members as well as contributing to the forming of the migration strategy and migration project portfolio management as well as related communication efforts.

We are looking for one Senior Project Manager based in Copenhagen that will be working on both local and cross border assignments. Thereby, some travelling must be expected. For more details about competence requirements see below.

Competence requirements:
Excellent change management and project leadership competences and understanding of business impact.
Strong programme and project management skills built up over at least 10 years of project/programme management experience as a management consultant or similar. At least five years experience from Banking/Finance running complex projects. An extra merit is experience from pan-Nordic customer migration projects or other types of international projects.

Knowing how to bring out the best of the project team no matter what the circumstances are. Experience form managing resources without direct mandate and still meeting your deadlines with high quality deliverables. Several years' experience of managing resources from a distance.

Previous experience from working with steering groups and excel at stakeholder management and drive collaboration and build network across Nordea and the Cash Management value chain. Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and still perform with high quality.

Strong academic record with a University degree, a solid business understanding with experience from working with senior management and excellent communication skills. Contribute with a high level of energy and a positive attitude that motivates and engages people. As a person being proactive, energetic, self-managing and self-motivated.
