Senior Project Manager - Instant Messaging and WebMeeting

Senior Project Manager required by leading FMCG company to assist in an Upgrade of Instant Messaging and WebMeeting.

Responsibilities:
-Final planning of a Network Analysis and coordinate activities with the Vendor/Supplier InterCall.
-Collecting all the material/outcome from the Network Analysis and present the material/outcome to the Solution Area.
-Bringing in the results of the Network Analysis info to the activity plans and based on the result also highlight areas where our customer need to make changes to the network infrastructure to support the Instant Messaging and Web Meeting solutions in the best way possible.
-Prepare and plan activities for the upgrade activities for the solutions Instant Messaging and Web Meeting, document in written plans and Gantt charts. The plans should include decision points, information security workshops (if needed), estimated migration plan, pilot phase, test phase, etc.
-Prepare an estimated rollout plan, suggest how to handle end user education and end user communication, communications plan, etc.
-Investigate and document what needs to be done in the solution Phone Meeting which need to be re-configured (or changed to new solution) to fit the new solutions. After that prepare and plan as part deliveries of written plans and Gantt chart above.
-Be responsible for the development of a first draft on a Solution Blueprint. The Activity Leader will not create the Solution Blueprint, this is done by our client's IT-architects, Solution Area designer, Product Specialist. The Activity Leader is however responsible for that it is actually created and delivered.
-Do a cost analysis (based on existing material) for the solutions Instant Messaging, Web Meeting and Phone Meeting so that the current solutions later can be compared with the cost for the new solutions.

Required:

-Skilled PM, overall knowledge regarding Unified Communication such as Instant Messaging, WebMeeting services, Corporate Net, Cloud Services, Facilitate Workshops.
-English language

There is some possibility for remote/off-site work.
