Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure

One of our key clients is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage the delivery of a massive infrastructure refresh, migration & transformation project.

This role requires a senior infrastructure specialist that is highly experienced in a range of infrastructure projects for major organisations including data centre migrations, security, storage systems, data centre monitoring & management capabilities.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Management of the establishment of a private cloud based solution and associated services model as the target environment for server refreshes and migrations into the new data centres.
- Identification and management of the ongoing system refresh initiatives
- Plan, monitor and report financial, schedule, resource, benefit and quality aspects of the project within agreed tolerances.
- Drive the design, documentation and development of business and technical requirements.
- Proven experience as the project manager in the delivery of private cloud based infrastructure solutions and associated service delivery model preferably to large (10,000+ user) organizations.
- Proven experience in a number of major data centre upgrades or migrations.
- Prince2 Certified
- Experience in Organizational Change Management within a project.
- Government experience highly regarded
