Senior Project Manager in Asset Servicing IT with Vendor Management Ex

For an initial 3 months BUSINESS CASE STUDY at our international banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER IN ASSET SERVICING IT WITH VENDOR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE (2995)

Our client has the ambition to consolidate their highly-fragmented Asset Servicing landscape (corporate action, income and redemption processing) with a single, global and vendor-based solution that enables a future utility service model. The next step is a so-called scoping phase, where they want to refine the target state definition, align the roadmap with other major change initiative with dependencies and to revise the Business case for senior management decision. The chosen candidate will be supporting our client with project planning and Business case revision in this phase. THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE, THE CANDIDATE CAN CONTINUE IN A KEY ROLE IN THE PROGRAM IF OUR CLIENT GETS APPROVAL FOR THE BUSINESS CASE.

YOU OFFER:

- SOLID KNOW-HOW OF ASSET SERVICING PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS (INCLUDING VENDOR PRODUCTS)
- SOLID EXPERIENCE AS PROJECT MANAGER
- EVIDENT EXPERIENCE IN VENDOR MANAGEMENT
- GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF FRONT TO BACK SECURITIES OPERATIONS IS A MUST
- Experience in planning and leading multi-million projects
- Established track record in tackling complex issues & executing initiatives in the context of a large organization
- Solid Track Record in delivery of conceptual IT system architecture
- Strong Planning and Tracking skills
- Can Do Mentality and solution orientation
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Excellent stakeholder management on senior level
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), German skills would be an advantage
