Senior Project Manager Identity and Access Management (IAM)

My client a leading retailer is urgently looking for Senior Project Manager within Identity and Access Management (IAM).

The PM directs the project structure/oversight and ensures compliance with operational processes and procedures. The PM will be required to manage staff as well as the operational partners involved. The PM will ensure that suppliers can align effectively with stakeholders. The PM will be involved in overall and day-to-day management of the implementation of the services, coordinating with the overall program teams, creating work plan and tracking progress of the delivery, identifying risks and raising issues to the program and the overall project.

Functional Skills:

- Highly focused IT security professional delivering customer service
- Knowledgeable in security administration and possesses excellent communications skills.
- Strong in project management and can deal with rigid timelines
- Knowledge of database applications, spreadsheet design, and report writing software
- Good Working knowledge of related technologies such as operating systems, directory services, network protocols, and applications
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities while multitasking effectively
- Ability to evaluate deliverables and lead teams in accomplishing improvement
- Ability to interact with technical managers and development teams
- Able to collaborate on design options, implementation, testing and user acceptance
- Able to develop metrics, perform critical analysis and develop decision support content
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems

Nice to have:

- Experience with ITIM/ISAM
- CISSP or CISM certifications
- Understanding of Access Management controls
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a project management role
- Experience with system integration projects
- Experience implementing Identity and Access Management tools (IAM) 3-5 years
- Experience implementing enterprise access, knowledge of user identity provisioning, access management, directory services
- Experience with Business implementations.
