Senior Project Manager - ICC

As the Senior Project Manager you will be working on a large program of work to align the integration platforms of different business units onto common technology.

The role will lead all aspects of the project from initiation/Business Case through to successful implementation and delivery inclusive of managing the Matrix based team of resources from multiple competency areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Creation of complex Project Plans, SOW's and Schedules, covering cost, time and resource requirements
- Active management of all aspects of project delivery and adherence to PMO methodologies and governance requirements.
- Completion of project documentation including status reports and stakeholder/steering committee packs
- Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders
- Actively identify and manage all project risks and issues and provide mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical and Project Management guidance to customers and internal teams
- Resolves complex issues to guide operational teams/project team to resolve problems to deliver to agreed schedule/cost

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

- 7+ years Infrastructure Project Manager experience with experience leading multiple teams.
- Management of project budgets > $1M
- Strong knowledge of PM and SDLC methodologies
- Large infrastructure end to end integration project experience.
- Strong organisational change management skills
- Able to manage multiple simultaneous project streams
- Experience with Integration Competency Center (ICC)/Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Integration projects.
- Experience working with IBM and IBM product stack
- Understanding of SOA & API's
- Strong skills in priority and conflict management
- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams.
