Senior Project Manager - HRIS Program

We are urgently seeking applications for a Senior Project Manager to join a large government HRIS Program on this initial 12 month contract. This HRIS Program will include a series of projects to implement a Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) Core HR/Payroll solution and a Solution as a Service (SaaS) for Human Capital Management.

We will be seeking candidates who can show:

- Tertiary and/or appropriate qualifications and substantial industry experience in HR APPLICATION IMPLEMENTATION AND MIGRATION PROJECTS;
- Experience in leading and managing large and complex technology-enabled change programs;
- Ability to manage project time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits, PREFERABLY IN THE HR DOMAIN;
- Demonstrated experience in managing transition activities after the project deliverables are complete in order to achieve full benefit realisation;
- High level of interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful outcomes in the areas of presentation, consultation, negotiation and change management;
- Ability to prepare, coordinate and present timely and accurate advice, briefings, reports and complex submissions; and
- Effective teamwork within a program environment.
